My journey through the doctoral program at Marshall University is much like creating a painting.  You know what you want the end product to look like, but you are not quite for sure how to get there.  You start by prepping your canvas and underpaint the background.  You slowly block in the distant objects, underpaint the foreground, and add some details.  Finally, you can highlight and glaze your painting and present it to the world.  You may be frustrated that it did not come out exactly as you imagined, but it is gratifying to see a beautiful piece of art.

Please examine at my portfolio site and see how each piece is another layer of paint on my canvas as I strive to enhance my educational leadership abilities.
